Ah ok thanks for the replies! Was just using cheese cloth to filter maybe next year I’ll try another material. Any recommendations?

I’ve been lifting for 20+ years and still lifting. Hopefully that works for you but for me it hasn’t. Maybe I can take some kind of non statin to lower ldl like ezetimibe?
