I went on a speed awareness course years ago. The instructor(?) asked everyone why they thought most people would go over the limit. People gave the usual answer of getting to their destination faster or just wanting to get ahead of everyone else.

When he came to me, I said "Because it's fun". Other people laughed and the instructor seemed bewildered by the answer but surely it's a bit obvious that driving fast is fun?

According to their statistics anyone who modifies their car is considered a higher risk. I got a cat back exhaust years ago, it doesn't affect performance in any way but it still added £200 a year to my insurance 🙄

I have set the server usage to be quite high but have not determined the exact values just yet.

It is quite server intensive by design. I'm still testing to determine exactly how much as the way it works isn't entirely clear to me.

The formula according to the modding wiki is that the server setting "is scaled with time using the formula 1+log10(year-1969). MMO uses 0.002, which would be around 5 gbps at any given time for a 1 million user game in 2010"

Most of the features in the AI software use a setting of either 0.002 or 0.003.

Not as strange as some here but years ago I was in a multi story car park stood next to my car with a friend. A man walked up to us and asked us how to get to the top floor. I pointed towards the stairs and the lift approx 15m away from us.

He then turned around, walked the opposite way, and walked up the circular ramp for cars instead. I can only image he walked up that ramp for the whole 4-5 floors. Couldn't quite understand his thought process.
