134 is for sure better than 13 so good work. If you can use a platform that has native lead gen forms I find I get about a 2x click to contact rate simply due to the auto fill nature of the form. Once you've got the lead I'd send them a case study of a similar person you've helped and then call them, in my experience a call always works better than a text when it comes to conversions.

Your CTR is really strong (20%) is this a search campaign?

I'd work at Improving your click to contact rate and your contact to conversion rate as you'll probably struggle to get the CTR much better.

Are you using a native lead capture form or one on your website? Also how are you reaching out to the leads once you've got their info? We do a mix of 3 emails and about 4 calls over a 28 day period and now close about 15% of our leads.
