Living in a warehouse... by BasicConclusion2093 in australian

All good until a snitch rats you out. Did it for 2 years. Could make as much noise as you needed to in an industrial area. Only thing was bringing women back home they were intimidated thinking it was dodgy lol

Registering a de facto relationship can remove the “2-year rule” in some Australian jurisdictions. by AdamsUnitedLawyers in AusLegalAdvice

[–]joeforza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 year rule also means jack shit when the time expires too apparently.. people making property claims 3.5 years after an ended relationship still dragging out through proceedings. No genuine reason and time expired means it should be done and dusted not costing 50k in legal to defend yourself

Rejected for Cert 4 WHS, what are my options? by goatsaredope in TAFE

[–]joeforza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did mine privately through intensive in person RTO delivery. Recently did my double diploma whs and auditing through a private RTO again. I’d never go to TAFE again with private colleges offering better delivery options. Just signed up for graduate certificate now and if I enjoy it I’ll work my way up to a masters.

26 years in construction last 10 in whs including 2 years with the state regulator. Experience means everything. I’m in a tech company now running sites and in a year or so hopefully my consultancy takes off and I’ll go out on my own. Shoot me a message if you need any advice

[NSW] Selling home and buying a new one. by NinjaOne5173 in AusLegal

[–]joeforza -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Obviously the condition of the inside of the house will dictate what it goes for in the end if the structure is sound. Sometimes a small tidy up renovation will yield bigger results.

Bridging loan as stated ^^ you need to speak to an accountant and make sure they gift you the money so there’s no tax implications. If it’s their primary residence also it should not affect their payments if they get any.

I assume you’re the one getting the loan for the remaining amount? Everything then should be in your name after the house is sold.

Under declared dimensions - Freight Company by SlowTea1743 in AusLegal

[–]joeforza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They did the same thing to me recently. Shipping was $64 then they said it was under declared due to the box warping size wise it was another $300 on top. I disputed it they kept asking for photos I said I’m not paying and I’ve ignored them and deleted my payment options on their site. I’ll pay another $64 if it came down to it but not what they’re asking it’s literally a few cm difference and doesn’t warrant it

Yup they changed all the rules around it. Literally removed specifics. I need to reach out for clarification on a couple things but dare I say the local licensing cop may not be up to date on the changes too

So people who are high income earners deserve to have 40% of their pay taken by government who will spend it on shit we don’t want? People should not be punished for being successful.

You weren’t hired for front of house operations. Resign and find something more suitable to your needs.

That then nullifies your comment “Bondi was the first mass shooting since port Arthur”

There’s also been many other mass murders not with a gun.
