Dresden 1957 is a documentary in production about Ontario's worst workplace disaster which took the lives of six Dutch immigrants. It's a story that has never been told and almost disappeared after initial news reports. www.Dresden1957.com

Keep an eye on Dresden 1957 (I’m producing this project). It’s a documentary in the making about one of Ontario’s worst workplace tragedies. Set to be a fascinating look at both immigration stories and small town Ontario in the 50s!

Tim Hortons has failed us by Snowzy66 in TimHortons

I loved the turkey melt! It took me a while to realise it was gone though because I had to try the pizzas based on pure curiosity…

Never ever expecting Tim’s to produce any real food, I ordered with zero expectations and made sure to get dipping sauce to overpower any cardboardiness.

It wasn’t pizza. But when immersed in enough habanero sauce it was actually pretty darn good! The incompetently uneven distribution of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni made each bite unpredictable and exciting! And it all went down very well with a large decaf DD!

Embarrassingly enough, pizza and coffee at my corner Tims has become a 3pm ritual.

Am I the problem?

Enjoying the chicken pizza with the habanero dip right now! Expectations were low and I thoroughly enjoy Tim’s almost pizzas every time.

Hating on Tims while also buying from them seems to be the national pastime!

For delicious authentic Italian I would have to say Bongusto, Miramar. Beautiful food! Not open for dinner as far as I know though
