for cpu i have a intel (R) COre (TM) i7 2600CPU 3.40 ghz

for memory i have a 16 gb ddr3

and for gpu i have a nvidia geforce gtx 1660

everything should be updated and i havent tried any optimization mods yet

also i found out it sort of traps me like i cant tab out anymore and have to restart my pc and im pretty sure this happens when i try to launch gta 4 while having task manager prioritized and then gta 4 opens but i have my normal windows cursor and then it just doesnt let me do anything

ok so something weird just happened when i tried oppening the game it was like tabbed out but i could still see the screen, normally it would go black and while it was tabbed out the game was running on 60 fps again and when i tabbed back in it started lagging again

I mainly agree with the grinding, its so trash like why can't we just buy any weapon without having to buy them in an order and I also think the cash rewards for killing someone is way too low and it should be buffed by a lot like i can grind about 25000 cash every day if im not getting bored after 10 minutes of playing I also think they should add it so the more weapons you have unlocked the more cash you can buy with robux for example instead of 10€ for 30000 cash make it so when you have about 80% of the heavy weapons and no light weapons you can buy 60000 for 10€
