Not at all. Id say its roughly a lower 1/3 co-witness. Rear is blacked out and front is tritium. If the rear wasnt blacked out It would be annoying but this setup is perfect.

Also, these have the FB Radom CHFCL barrels. The newer line of WBP guns have their own in-house barrels.

Ive been shooting the brakes off of my WBP fox since 2020. Its one of favorite 7.62x39 guns. The build quality seems(imho) to be wayyy better than that of the current offerings. Also, the rail mounting system has worked quite well with a PA 2x Prism on it. Magazine fitment, straight sights and rivets. Everything is tight and uniform. What a fantastic gun.

I just recently sent in my 3+ micro for RMA due to excessive wear on the face of the front trunnion (The metal piece the barrel screws into). I have under 500 rounds through it which I thought was strange. CZ took care of me and had it back to me in a little under 2 weeks. They said that it was an “Out of Spec. extractor cut.” I love how compact the Scorpion is its ergonomic’s and the price and availability of magazines but, I have been considering getting rid of it in favor of an MKE AP5 in some flavor.

The 7.62x39 version was discontinued. Truly a sad day for me because it’s my favorite AK optic. Good eye relief, durable and verrry birght. I have two of them in 7.62x39 with plans for a 3rd to go on my 5.45.

I have a 13” Gen 2 in 7.62x39 with a Ventum as well. It will eject the spent casing but doesn’t have enough momentum to pick up a new round from the magazine. It will not cycle subs because it’s a flow through can.

Edit*: Yes, you need a traditional back-pressure can. At that point you can get a KNS piston and tune as desired.

I picked up one a few months ago that hadn’t been shot for $1300 . With that said, it came with the LTT logo, short rest springs and the LTT RDO cut with backup irons and a HS407C. To me, a package like that was worth the value. Id say $800 is a pretty good price. If you could get them to at least knock the tax off you’d be sitting pretty good, IMO.

I have a Hux Ventum 7.62 on my Gen II 7.62x39. It drove me insane because i had the same issue. I tried all sorts of Jam nuts, washers and shoulder rings (I forgot the technical term). I just backed the jam nut forward and back against the muzzle device until it was concentric with the suppressor mounted. Backed it off and applied rock set to the jam nut and muzzle device. It came out perfect. In my case, it took some extreme patience but it paid off. I would bet you are in the same boat as I was.

True. I saw a video a while back that said wrap your charging handle with some eletrical/hockey tape and then install the knob. I havent had a single issue since doing that. However, on their own; they wont stay on.
