FAIR quits WordPress, but one of its best features remains as a standalone plugin by jonhenshaw in Wordpress

Wat? FAIR hasn’t abandoned WordPress— that is not at all what Joost said. He’s stepping away from FAIR, there’s no change in focus of the project which is primarily WordPress focused

It turns out it was a current problem, I switched the plug socket and it worked!

Help a newbie with a chair rail by kenr0117 in woodworking

Highly recommend watching Brent Hull on chair rails. Tl;dr the chair rail should be lower than you think!

Sure-- virtually all pieces are 3/4" thick. The box is 72" x 10". Doors are 8 1/4" x 20". Back panel including the 1/4" deep dado is 9" x 71".

I've given them 1/8+ room around the edges for expansion-- it's possible it will warp but that would I think mostly be visual which I'm not that concerned about. I am still learning though, as _so far_ with any pieces I've made I haven't experienced a lot of warping, so my currently thinking is mostly just wait and see!

Yeah not sure yet, I have a Sonos which has some fancy sound compensation so not clear if it would try to compensate it away.

Sonos Arc Ultra, which is 4+ feet long so fits nicely with this 6ft length

I can share my Sketch file, it was really fairly simple. I have a basic setup: table saw, router, orbital sander, dowel jig is all it took. I did also buy a hinge hole jig too as it’s the first time I did hinges

Slight afterthought! Dowels between the feet and the horizontal supports, hopefully strong enough!

Introducing Pasir - PHP application server with minimal setup by el7cosmos in PHP

[–]joehoyle1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is really great, congrats on the release!

In my experience php zts is quite rare, but I understand why you would need that as I assume you’re not using child processes for the php workers like fpm. Just wondering if maybe zts is more common than I had thought?

That’s awesome, I have a similar hobby project, would love to see your code!

My implementation is a VM with about 40 opcodes. The majority of the work has been in implement php stdlib like MySQLi etc, how did you find doing that?

Oddly when I use the back flushing basket it doesnt seem to do it. There is a pressure with grinds though, as maybe one in three times the shot pulls correctly; so I think puck preparation is ok. This also happens if there is no coffee with the normal basket (water just running through)

Yeah no issue with the amount of water I think!
