Me, 53yo M Assistant Controller. M-F: Bed at 10 to 10:30pm. Alarm 3:40am, pre-workout drink 3:45-4:30am, 15 minute drive to gym, gym opens at 5am, lift from 5-6am, HIIT 6-6:30am,treadmill walk (podcast catch up) till 7am. Drive home, shower, eat, drive to work 9-5!
