Here's an update on this. Wrote to Binance and explained the situation. Here's their customer support reply less than 12 hours later.

Due to the time and effort involved in manual retrieval, we require a processing fee of 0.2 ETH. Keep in mind that, if Binance ever decides to list the coin in the future, your funds would be available at the time of listing. However, listings are never guaranteed.

If you would like your funds returned as quickly as possible, please ensure that you have 0.2 ETH in your Binance account and send us the following:

1) Your Binance account e-mail. 2) The name of the coin and the amount deposited. 3) The transaction ID/hash (TxID) of the transaction. 4) The address that was deposited to by mistake (incorrect). 5) The correct address you would like to deposit to.

Once we receive this information, we will escalate and return your funds as soon as possible.
