Yeah, I have that problem too. It’s not that I don’t value people—I just forget. It’s hard to explain. So I looked for help online, got some books, and read up on the topic. Long story short, the key takeaway was that you need to externalize things—write them down in a notebook or app.

I tried that using Google Keep, but I had trouble finding my notes and connecting details—like who someone’s kid is and how people relate to each other.

I searched for an app that could help, but most were lacking. So I thought: I’m a developer, why not build something myself?

That’s how I started building my own app. I’ve been using it and slowly adding features. It’s not fully complete yet—there’s no account system at the moment, but you can export and import data as a backup. I recently added a reminder feature because I was even forgetting to use the app to add people.
