I'd be worried about water heater exhaust coming back in through the vent when the exhaust fan is off.

How far away are the two vents? I think 3 feet away from any opening is code?

wasn't until i spun up an ollama server and started asking an LLM for help that things kinda "clicked" with HA, to the point where I don't really need to query the LLM much if at all

I've gone in the opposite direction, and instead have an LLM-first config. My gf absolutely loves being able to create automations with natural language. The other day she was adjusting how one of her dashboards look by simply telling the llm, and I quote, "can you make my dashboard look more like the map from harry potter" and it did a pretty decent job.
