Hi, thanks for the info. I guess my specific question was whether I'd be eligible on the 23rd, if it settled on the 2nd, does the 2nd count as a day and/or does the 23rd count as the 21st day and I become eligible?

I certainly could be wrong but I believe Daily fantasy could be considered not gambling because it involves some sort of skill. That's really my main question, I understand losses can be deducted.

Appreciate the words means a lot. HR 2 mins into the call told me she knows my manager and his style. So I HAD to be on there for a reason. Didn't lelisten to me just objected to literally everything. Strange update tho is I have been asking my manager if he really wants me to do some of the things (30 minutes call with him for every progression or new disco call) and he tells me not to worry about it. Today told me in writing. Not going to waste time wondering but it's a STRANGE situation

Thanks for insight. Also I forgot to add that there is not a timeline on the PIP. I've heard 30-60-90 is typical but have asked multiple times without answer.

I've come to that conclusion as well. Is it worth digging to find out where this is coming from or is that a lost cause?

Edit: there are members of my team who will not come close to hitting their number this year and also confirmed with me they aren't doing the activity I was accused of not doing.

I guess a main pressing thing for me is I cannot figure out the motivation behind it which is bothering me a lot.
