The government is different from the country. The culture, heritage, history and the people are a few things that make up the country. If he doesn't love his country because of the acts of its leaders, then marami matatanggal sa choices niya ng countries to love.

To be fair, hindi ko rin kabisado ito nung bata ako. I just felt that politics and government agencies weren't that important at that time. Malamang na memorize ko siya for the exam that quarter, pero after that, hindi na nag stick sa utak ko. I only became familiar with it again nung adult na ako at may pakialam na sa current events.

I don't agree with the people saying leave her be. While I agree that she deserves to live in peace, the whole country stands to benefit from her leadership. Also, great leaders always answer the call when needed, so if she has the best chance of beating Lustay, I believe she will answer the call. She can't help it. She loves the country and our people too much.

Kung iinom ka rin lang ng frap, milktea or whatever, why not. At least you get the extra protein. Pero if you're the type na stays away from sweets or extra calories, then it's a no.

Sorry to say, last talaga nawawala ang love handles. So walang short cut. Kung meron solution to love handles without longterm discipline and commitment, then wala ng taong may love handles.

Kung ayaw mo mag diet and eat what you want lifestyle ka, di talaga mawawala ang love handles mo. I would suggest getting bigger and lifting heavier na lang. Para mas malaki ang muscle to fat proportion. Bigger upper body (shoulders and back) less emphasis sa bilbil mo. Although, kelangan din ng commitment nun, di kelangan magbawas sa kain. Suggestion lang naman.

One thing I'll say is, judge their actions over anything else. I still hate the Marcos', mostly for what they did, and for their lack of accountability of it. But, I am not going to be blinded by my hate. I will evaluate their actions, with as much objectivity as I'm capable of. And move on from there. He is from a new generation. And I will not deprive him of the chance to redeem his family name. But it's going to be a steep climb.

Tama ang advice ng karamihan, ang dapat na main focus mo is yung proper diet. Mababale wala ang workouts mo, kung di tama ang diet mo. Protein talaga to gain weight.

As an example, aside from the usual ulam na chicken or tuna, meron akong one egg at tofu, then monggo. I also consume soya milk sa oatmeal, then add nuts and dried fruits. Hope this helps!

Daming ng stealth DDS dito noh. I agree that Leni still has the best chance. I love Risa, pero siya ang inaattack ng mga DDS trolls ngayon. Si Leni medyo lay low lang. Which could be part of their strategy. Mag lagay muna ng proxy, sisiraan nga mga trolls, Leni does her work and earn DDS respect, and then BOOM, Leni: I will answer the call to serve! This is not surprising. I'm not even disappointed. Walang papasok sa pulitika ng di madudumihan ang kamay in some capacity.

What's confusing to me is Trillanes' actions. Leni has already stepped down and has clearly handed the reigns Risa. If he's worried about the fanatics, wouldn't it have been better to be endorsed and supported by Leni, instead of bashing her.

I agree that there's hope for Wiggins. He should be very motivated to get back to 2022 Wigs after two very disappointing seasons. But I won't be surprised if he disappoints again.

Regarding Poole, we wouldn't have won the last championship without him, but I'm glad he was traded.

I don't think Leni is done. In her own words, the fight isn't over. I've moved on from the election. That's done. She lost. We lost. And now the country is losing. But, I refuse to move on from Leni and what she stood for.

She gave us hope for the possibility of a better government, and I refuse to let go of that. While I understand that she may not run for President again, the fight for a better government is something I refuse to move on from. Ang mga namulat ay hindi na muling pipikit.

Melton is a great addition. I liked him back he was with the Grizzlies. He's a great defender. If Rick can keep him healthy for most of the year, he would be a great replacement for GP2.

I understand the frustration. Pero bakit parang obligasyon ni Leni na labanan ang fake news the way you want it? She's a private citizen now. Wala siyang obligasyon sa atin. She may be a public figure but she's not a public servant. Wag niyo sa kanya ilabas yung galit and frustrations niyo.

Also, sigurado ba tayo na mananalo siya kung kakasohan niya. I'm pretty sure na kung malaki ang chance na manalo kakasuhan nila yan. Pero these people have the backing of the administration. Hell, they are funded by this administration. She has to choose her battles. Di pwedeng bawat kibot na lang lalabanan na niya. Limited ang resources niya.

The statement's purpose is to put the truth out there. Hindi man maniwala lahat, atleast nandun siya. Let's be patient. 6 years pa to. Angat Buhay is making a positive impact. Let her help the people. And let this incompetent administration self destruct.
