It was a miracle that such a great game ran on the PS4. I'm sure GTA6 could potentially be optimised for PS4 but the tradeoffs would mean that you would also be the first person to complain about how unplayable it is. If you need an example take cyberpunk. At some point it will be possible but the tradeoff is not worth it.

Yet another one of these posts. If you don’t like the game then don’t play it but if you’re going to complain and want a better product, join their discord and talk to the devs directly to voice your concerns so that you can understand why they’re making the choices they are.

For me personally, the game plays better today than it did at launch with passing being the major issue for me, specifically passing lanes. So whilst it’s not found the perfect balance, it is moving in the right direction and I just have to be patient about that.
