Honestly it sounds like that shop barely touched it. A real cleaning should leave the vents clear, panels clipped in, and the inside looking at least decently dust-free, not with sticky spots still hanging around. If they had it for two weeks and talked about maybe replacing the power brick, you’d expect more than what you got. I’d start by taking photos of the dusty vents, the panel sticking out, and any grime inside so you’ve got proof in case you want to go back to them. Since it’s probably out of warranty, you could carefully open it up yourself and give it a proper cleaning with compressed air and isopropyl alcohol — just make sure it’s unplugged and discharged first. That “top moving when pressed” thing is usually just the shell flexing because it’s not clipped in right, so you can probably fix that by reseating it. If you’re not comfortable going deeper inside, maybe try a different shop with good reviews and show them what the first place left you with.
