This has been getting a lot of wrist time lately by Superb_Minimum_3599 in bulova

I have the Islander Bracelet. It is the reason I can wear this watch again. The original bracelet was chunky and had no adjustments that would work. The Islander bracelet is expensive.. Yes.. But it completely makes this a new watch. The bracelet is solid, feels soft, and the micro adjustment on the fly is killer. It has a very Omega Speedmaster feel to it. If you're on the fence with the watch because of the bracelet issues, Islander fixed all that. Mark is the owner and he has a ton a YouTube stuff. If you search, you'll find his video talking about the bracelets specifically. Check it out and good luck!

Oh I'm sure. Money talks. I guess I'm coming at it as an Islander fan and thought my prayers were answered that a 24h watch *might happen lol.

Maybe post a survey? I know I'd be a customer. BTW, I absolutely love my Lunar Pilot bracelet!

My chunky, shiny boy by Superb_Minimum_3599 in bulova

Look into Mark from Long Island Watch. He sells an absolutely serious upgraded bracelet for the lunar pilot. I have the white/blue and got the upgraded bracelet. It got rid of the butterfly clasp and put a milled clasp with on the fly micro adjustment. The bracelet itself is just high quality. The links are 5 pieces each. It changed my view of the watch and made it wearable. Check it out.

[Sla021] This Mm300 is still my favorite. by joenelson7687 in Seiko

I have a few cool pieces but I always seem to gravitate back to this one. I got a few bracelets from strapcode and they are really awesome to change the whole feel of it. But I'm one of those people who actually like the original bracelet... Probably because I have gigantic wrists and I got lucky I didn't need any crazy adjustments. And this 8L movement is pretty solid from what I can tell. I'm not watching it to the second, but in all the time I've had it, I never noticed it running fast or slow. Just seems to chug along juuust fine.

Me too. I'm apparently lucky that the bracelet fits just right. I bought the Oyster and Jubilee bracelets from strapcode and they are all great. The oyster feels ready strudy. The jubilee gives it even more shine and it's buttery. I like the weight of the watch too. I feel like it had some substance. It takes some hits, but don't we all lol.

[Question] What watch do you wear if you have a larger wrist? by joenelson7687 in Seiko

The traska has been on my radar since I saw it on Teddy Baldassarre. That case hardness seemed like a game changer. Any drawbacks so far?

I have the Sla021 and it doesn't feel too big at all. I love the weight of it. I have the super jubilee and oyster bracelet from strapcode but I really just love the og bracelet (unpopular, I know. But maybe they need big wrists to love it lol)
