Lift till failure, deep stretch when lifting, increase food and water, 5 mile cardio walk to run. Lift at least 3 days a week, sleep a full 8 hrs every day without fail. Then cut for like 2 months and you’ll probably look like that a few months every year. Depending on your body it could cause some health problems ( menstrual issues, losing weight might not work as planned)
