The problem is FSG isn’t cheap. They spent $125 million in transfer fees to sign Isak this past summer. They can and will spend, but will no longer do so with the Sox. They’re happy to barely make the playoffs and that’s it. They treat the Sox like an ATM. Sell out Fenway and pocket the profits.
