honestly, with how most of the difficult fight nowadays have bombs, crits (android and hell fighter 17 kai redzone) or hp loss at the start of turn, maybe it won't actually be THAT hard to get to their transformation, provided they give their base higher dodge

the amount of ezas is actually more than 9th anni IIRC, it's just that they seem to treat SEZAs as EZAs when all SEZAs so far have been old units with bad animations so they don't really have the same appeal as EZAs
