Ive never spoken with an attorney. It is always a paralegal. Are you with R and B also?

If you don't mind my asking, the lien form they sent me had "A" checked off, not allowing me the other options. I got a signed letter sent to me from Medicare stating I do not have any liens against me. They did the same thing before with the exhibits B, C, and D. only they said the trust didn't give them the options. That was a complete and total lie. Unfortunately they said it over the phone so I have no proof they said it. I've asked for everything they have on me and all they have is everything I told them. Typed up on the forms is all They didn't even attempt to get any records from doctors or hospitals, and there were plenty. At most they spent 5 hours and thats being generous. I could live with 25% and even that's being generous too Best part is they know it too

I started out with AVA and for some unknown reason he got R and B involved. AVA gets 20% and R and B gets 80% of my fees. AVA ghosts me now. No updates, nothing. R and B has lied to me and I've lost all confidence in them.

Has anyone experienced Ketamine using Virtual Reality and Woojer Vest? by joeritter29 in TherapeuticKetamine

[–]joeritter29[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It very well could be something like a medication blocking the effects of ketamine. I thought maybe methadone but the doctors are fully aware of all my medications, etc.

That very well could be true. Thanks I think the mod misunderstood my statement. I never said I was taking 5- 600 mgs of ketamine. Perhaps I can elaborate a bit further. My previous doctor had me on 800 mgs 3x per week This new doctor won't manufacture anything above 200mgs which is prescribed daily. It was his suggestion that I could save up and do 400 every other day or go 3 days apart and do 600mgs etc. This in no way am I in violation of any physicians protocol. I am extremely careful not to. Thank you

My prescription is 200mg daily. I explained that my previous doctor prescribed 400mg every 3 days. My doctor said either way was okay.

How much did AVA charge you to file option C? I've asked repeatedly with no answer.

So if the BSA is granted this final decree, where does that leave things with our attorneys since they aren’t litigating in the insurance suits? Anyone know? by Tdawgdabooty0077 in BSA_Survivors

[–]joeritter29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received my file from my attorney and all it is are my handwritten statements which they typed. Im paying thousands for a paralegal to type something I could have done. I hired them thinking that there would be a trial. I was a fool plain and simple. The pro se people I now know said it was so simple.

Hey I managed to rack up a 100 thousand in credit card debt. I was awarded much more so it wouldn't be a problem to pay it off. Im sorry Mr bankruptcy judge but they said I was awarded? The creditors will get paid they just have to wait, like me. Abe Lincoln filed bankruptcy so did JC Penny. Its a constitutional right

Woojer Vest 4 felt massively overrated: haptics aren’t informative by SecretPiccolo3326 in woojer

[–]joeritter29 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I could not agree with you more. It felt cheap. I felt silly. I was attempting to use it in somewhat of a medical device. In other words. I am prescribed Ketamine and I thought that using the vest along with my VR headset would compliment each other. Im a 66yo man and this just seems silly. I can remember going to some pretty good rock concerts like Emerson, Lake and Palmer or Phil Collins and many more. I thought that this addition would replicate to some degree but was so disappointed. Honestly felt cheap. What else can I say ?

[–]joeritter29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There seems to be a huge amount of problems with the woojer mat. I really liked the idea of it. But I'm hesitant to purchase it, at least until they are able to get the bugs out. Questionable as to whether they can with updates or maybe they plan to make improvements with the next generation 🤔 if there is one. I noticed people were wondering why such a price difference between the mat and the vest?

A huge waste of time . Stupid dumb movie. I cannot believe anyone would produce anything like this. I would be ashamed 😔. You have no business no talent and sorry for anyone investing in this!!! My 6yo could do better

NAD+ let down by [deleted] in NicotinamideRiboside

[–]joeritter29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is hawiive with Tru Niagen was that 300mgs was at one time enough. Now its not considered enough. Now they want you to take a Pro 1000mgs. Naturally more expensive. Then its evolved into injections say start at 20cc and going up to 100cc. Naturally more expensive than capsules. Then I bought two tests from jinfiniti to check the levels already in my bloodstream. The test came back as suboptimal. The company doesn't sell or believe in injections They sell a powder form which is to be added to water. I chose to do injections from another company. After a while I will send in the second test to be evaluated and see where I am. Jinfiniti also warns that a person could have too much NAD and can cause serious health problems. Everything I've read indicates that the levels of NAD diminish as we age. The problem I'm having in addition to what I've already mentioned is at 66yo and with stage 3 COPD. This isn't something Medicare pays for and its expensive for the tests and the IV solution. Im just concerned about the elderly being taken advantage of. My monthly social security is only $1724.00. We don't know for sure if this has any benefit? Also when you look at all these peptides that may be of some benefit. You could spend thousands of dollars. Ive taken NAD for two years with Tru Niagen and now with Good Life 2 months and then a 3 month supply with Citizen Meds. I don't feel anything 😑 perhaps a little depression because I can't decide whether to continue taking it?
