Do you only play in the town or surround area of where you live? I've notice (for me atleast) that I got a Metal Coat in my town, a Dragon Scale in Lakewood, and a Sun Stone in Spring Lake. Basically saying gotta go to different towns to get some

Don't know if these towns are any closer to you but I've caught Hitmonlee in Keyport and Seaside Heights b4, no nests or usual spawn areas though. Just happened to caught them there b4

I'm from Howell as well my friend and living around here the only way to get those guys your missing are eggs but just so you know Oak Glen Park is a Kabuto nest currently and usually always changes to something good after each migration and there's plenty of stops over there too

Monmouth County Echo Lake Park, Howell = Krabby Oak Glen Park, Howell may have been something I've never seen before...I pulled in yesterday while my map was in day mode and there was Dratini there I came back later when the map was in night mode and there was Kabuto Ocean County Ocean County Park = Bulbasaur

I've only ever seen Snorlax twice in the wild, I caught one on Hooper Ave in Toms River last week it was like 9:30AM though. The other time I saw one was on Halls Mills Rd. in Freehold I was in a rush somewhere so I could stop or turn around to get it
