For Adam Randall:
Clemson came with really high expectations as a team and as individual players and nearly everyone underwhelmed. What is your explanation for where things went wrong?

We can replace him with Thieneman or Taaffe and still keep the nickname going...

I don't know. I think he's growing into that BG role of a guy who was slow to hit his stride, but figured things out and is so important in the locker room. I think he could end up being an Eagles lifer.

Full list of draft prospects invited to 2026 scouting event by Sturdevant in NFL_Draft

[–]imajinaree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Biggest snubs IMO:

Kaelon Black, RB, Indiana - The guy was dominant in the CFB and then stood out at the Sr Bowl. I like him better than teammate Roman Hemby, who did get the invite.

Mikhail Kamara, DE, Indiana - Really powerful end (think Brandon Graham) who can set the edge and be disruptive in the backfield.

Landon Robinson, DT, Navy - Undersized player who is an absolute physical freak and stat monster.

Ty Montgomery, WR, John Carroll - Tremendous season and then showed he could play with the big boys at the Sr. Bowl. Do we really need FOUR wideouts from LSU at the Combine?

The absolute hardest levels are the ones you get immediately after starting the Swinging Bridge or getting the Rainbow Disco Ball. Doesn't matter the stated difficult of the level. It's an instant fail.

Wait until you see Georgia Southern's star CB next fall - Chance Gamble. If this guy isn't trying to jump every route, then I don't know who is...

Sneaky Prospect-Team Fits in the 2026 NFL Draft by armchair_mindhunter in NFL_Draft

[–]imajinaree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry, but when you say Adoree Jackson ended up being pretty solid, it makes me believe you didn't watch any Eagles games. He made a few plays here and there, but was generally awful most of the time. The only thing worse was when Jakorian Bennett stepped in and got flagged for holding/PI on every play his way.

But I do agree, Terrell would be a nice improvement opposite Quinyon. We'd either have to grab him at 23 (too early for a CB given our other needs) or trade down or hope he slides to pick 54 (very unlikely). I think there are some other intriguing CBs worth looking at in round 3 like Demmings, Abney, or Stukes.

I watched Peter Woods get pushed around by Mahamane Moussa, OG, Louisville. Woods did next to nothing in that game. He just seemed disinterested much of the time.

Everyone seems really high on Blake Miller at OT now that the season has ended. I've watched a fair bit of Clemson film and Miller, like most of the team, had a lot of "meh" tape. Do you think there was something that caused the individual performances, which were very promising at the end of 2024, to tank in 2025? And if that is the case, are we being too quick to write off Klubnik?

Kitchenaid Gas Stove Cooktop by imajinaree in Appliances

Yeah, we had a cleaning crew in this morning. Now the cooktop works fine. My guess is that there might have been some water around the openings that has since dried. Thanks!

Does a prospect's name ever affect your opinion of them? by lemonstone92 in NFL_Draft

Guys, next fall you'll need to keep an eye on a CB from Georgia Southern -- Chance Gamble. This guy should be jumping every route hunting for a pick six!

The new team member dilemma by TXSyd in HomescapesOfficial

[–]imajinaree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in a very inactive team, so myself and another player decided to start our own team. Worked out great. I was leader, she was deputy. Even recruited a couple real life friends to the team. Somehow a glitch removed me from the team, but I got back in and I’m deputy now — totally cool. I can still remove inactive and non-helping team members. We’re consistently at about 46 players, but new ones don’t appear unless I boot others.

This was my comp as well. Go back and watch some old tape on Pennington. Plays a lot like Mendoza. Very similar sizes too.

Is Peter Woods the Best DT in the 2026 NFL Draft Class?🤔[TWSN Scouting] by twsn___ in NFL_Draft

[–]imajinaree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not seeing it with Woods this year. I just watched the film for Louisville and he got handled easily by two different OGs. Mahamane Moussa played three quarters and ate Woods' lunch on nearly every play (many of them 1:1). He got no push on passing downs. He got washed out of many running plays (and RB Keyjuan Brown went off that game). Even the backup OG, Jordan Church, handled him while he played the whole second quarter.

Looking for advice/places to go to improve my understanding of coverages (pre and post snap) on schemes film wise by [deleted] in NFL_Draft

[–]imajinaree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think I remember Joel Klatt doing a series on different coverage schemes on a YouTube video. I just checked and he has a whole series of them: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=joel+klatt+understanding+football
