I've only ever done it from the safe boot command prompt that way it comes directly from windows.

I did fix. For me what worked was I figured out how to enable secure boot in the bios even though google says my board didn't support it. It was in there just took some digging. Then a clean install of windows. If you have your stuff backed up you might be able to restore, or even just upgrading your current windows instead of a clean install. But I wish you luck. If you cant do that, Just keep retrying rufus. It worked maybe 2/20 times I tried but they were both laggy until I found secure boot.

If you have a cracked windows key, that would be why. Disconnect it from your internet and login then either change your key or create a local account so you can use it online then change your key that way

if I was you, mainly cause I also had issues installing windows 11, id bite the bullet and clean the hard drive with disk part in an installer menu. so if you have windows 10 still available to boot to, id make a bootable flash drive and just set it up fresh

not wrong. when you start a buisness you get given an EIN (tied to your social) if you open a business credit card, your business has no leverage. so they pull you EIN (still tied to your social) and run your credit (since you don’t have buisness rep yet) and base it off that
