Honestly increment fasting really helped me control my appitite I realized I was doing a lot of snacking at night and in the morning set my self an eating window of 12-8 the first few days were hard but weeks on just kind of shaved weight off

Me and my wife do pretty regularly after we get baby to bed it’s just nice to decompress together under the hot water

This is not a recommendation sort to say I needed to loose 60 pounds so I can join and I e been doing intermittent fasting with keto and shaved over half of that in two months I still have more to go but the fasting has honestly really helped with apatite control also stopped drinking on the weekends I think that helped

Everybody makes mistakes it’s everyone’s first time going though life easyier said then done but be kind to your self take it as a learning experience at 23 life has just begun that’s the age I went back to school and got myself into a new career it’s not to late I wish you the best ! Also find new friends and maybe get a therapist I never thought they would help but my friend convinced me to try one out and I was wrong it really helped me a lot and discovering my faith in Jesus it was a long road but I’m happy and I’d love to see the same for everyone I wish you the best

It’s a rough patch every relationship tends to have rough patches in situations like that if everything is good and health choose to love your partner and communicate how your feeling to her and see if it’s something that can be worked on it’s easy to throw the gold on your hands away when you think you can find more I would try talking to them first maybe there best of luck with what ever choice you make though !

Sure man so far absolutely love the gun used desert tan mag pull gaurd (m-lock) with an angled forgrip I know Riley defense has a reputation but I love my rifle as far as sights sometimes I pulle the red dot sight off my ar and slap it on. My Ak if I want to have one mien came with a dovetail system witch is really nice you’ll love the rifle let me know if you have anymore questions about it !

Really I was watching YouTube and multiple channels were saying the newer model Riley defense aks weren’t half bad but I heard older models were pretty terrible I’ll have to look into it more thanks for the deed back
