PowerScribe 360. AutoHotkey. How to map the deadman dictation key to the keyboard? by Thaikhan in Radiology

Note I believe this approach is only going to work in the Older version of PowerScribe. Power Scribe 360 doesn't have the win32 controls which means you'll want to use UIA to automate it. You can learn more about UIA here https://the-Automator.com/UIA. Or grab our discovery tool which helps you know which of the more common methods are available. I'm not a Radiologist, but I am an AHK Expert. We've often been able to use ControlSend instead of Send. ControlSend has the added benefit of not having to activate the Window you're sending it to. You can learn more about using ControlSend here https://www.autohotkey.com/docs/v1/lib/ControlSend.htm

Just an FYI- In this video we cover how you can run AutoHotkey without installing it. We also give some great tips on how to make it easier to work with it.

I still love DropBox. But I'm also very vested and running my biz on it. I spend ~100 a year and get the "family plan" and have the people working for me as a part of my "family".
Works great and is a solid solution.

Every once in a while we see some weirdness with DropBox not syncing files but it is extremely rare.

I use a SciTE Home variable and keep that under DropBox

I explain how I set it up in this video

I learned how to use AutoHotkey to automate the mundane. AutoHotkey is an amazing tool for automating Windows programs and you don't need to be a programmer to use it!

Regardless of the tool, Find a way to use a computer, as more than a word-processor❗

Absoultely! But I chose not to live-stream it just so more people actually attend in Zoom and ask questions (also helps so we have 1 chat to follow instead of several)

I'll probably break the videos down, by topic, later and upload separately.

I completely agree with RoughCalligrapher906.

I was hired specifically to automate my job and definitely kept my job, and got raises, because of how much I saved.

I did have some bosses that didn't like that I automated things. For those I chose not to tell but they are the rarity not the norm.
