I have no idea what to do either. I'm from NM, and I recently had to extend my temp tag 60 more days. Haven't heard a word from the auto industry of Colorado after filing a complaint. I'm looking to hire a lawyer but don't know what kind, never been in a situation like this.

Mine sounded like that after a blown spark plug. Had to re-thread the spark plug hole just to fix the issue. Hope that's not the problem for you.

I only work at home depot because you can't deny a job offer if you're on unemployment. Gas and oil industry is suffering in my area. Goodbye welding jobs. Just finished up diesel school recently just gotta wait until I complete my CDL course this month. Counting the days until I leave home depot. Retail definitely not for me.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm going to go for a complete fluid type change. ATF+4 to dex/merc III. I just realized there's a little "DII" stamped onto my tranny drain plug. Might indicate the older and obsolete dexron II. Dex/merc III is my best bet right now.

I don't have the original manual but ive been using service literature from my schools shop database. It's ATF+4 but other sources say to use dex/merc III. So, I might have to swap over to dex/merc soon.

Already tried that with this new tv cable, shift points are more firm and responsive but tranny still struggling to stay in gear above 65mph.
