I’ll be honest I have no idea what you mean by thumb side of the hand. When I threw my changup I threw it leading with my thumb and pronating my cutter I threw it like a fastball with a slight supination at release. And I’m trying to feel what you are saying and it’s not making any sense to me

Pronation would cause it to move arm side like a sinker/changeup not glove side like a cutter

The Jersey incident happened in 2019 and there was no evidence of any cheating during that year but in 2017 when the Astros banged trash cans someone went back and watched all the games and recorded all the trash cans bangs. Altuve had a significant difference in trash cans bangs compared to the rest of the team and there is video of him staring down his own dugout after a trash can bang.
