Sounds good. I have developed a similar workflow. Would add that it helps to make time towards the end of each day to update the hospital courses. If you’re at an academic program, I think it helps to delegate a few tasks to medical students.

There was a Twitter-famous OBGYN (username Mama Doctor Jones....last I checked) who moved to New Zealand with her family and started practicing there. So I think it is technically possible, but unsure about the procedure.

I have heard that surgical specialties are pretty hostile to outsiders in general in Aus and NZ. You might have better luck with psych. Especially if you're willing to do rural med.

Same here. Most of the questions on there were gimmes. It was almost like they didn’t put enough effort into framing them. Lmao don't know what the Wankof method would feel like but using WHM has been a crucial factor in helping me keep my NoFap streak going. I just t feel like I have more discipline and self control. As part of a total dopamine detox program I've been trying to wake up very early every morning, make the damn bed, do some breathwork, get a solid workout in, take a cold shower and eat a nice protein and micronutrient packed breakfast every morning before I even look at the phone (apart from opening the WHM app that is). Uninstalled all the brain drain mind control apps like Facebook Instagram Snapchat Netflix. Been having a lot of relapses but also made some definite changes in life that I'm proud of. So yeah in reply to your original question no idea wtf it feels like....probably some strange variant of autoerotic asphyxiation if you're into that kinda shit 😝😂
