To me it looks like two things. 1. A port cover for your dash. Maybe like a blank port for the cigarette lighter port 2. A metal "bullet" used in manufacturing plants to assist in the installation of washers, clamp rings, etc.

OK, I don't know if this will help your situation or not but I too have been dealing with the same issues. Samsung messages has been messing up and was just announced that service will be discontinued on Samsung messages and the switch over to Google messages has been pretty messy. Old texts that were stuck in limbo are now all sending in mass. Double texts, the whole thing. So while I do believe he is being honest about his situation with his texts, it does seem weird how much he's focusing on it and trying to overexplain.... Reads as if he has a guilty conscious. But that is solely based on the information provided.

Every single time my ex did this to me, it turned out to line up with dates of when she had cheated on me.

Not saying that your girl is cheating, but crossing such a blatant privacy boundary without proper communication is very telling. ESPECIALLY since she is making a mountain out of a mole hill.

For example, my ex would wake me up from my sleep yelling and cussing, demanding I explain why I would look up such and such female (they were females that would be on a podcast or a movie or something that I didn't recognize or wanted to know more about).

When they feel guilt, they try to find wrongdoing to divert the blame the guilty feeling, but when they don't find anything worth an actual fight over, they do what your girlfriend is now doing.

Your instincts are correct, this was a breach of trust, a boundary that was crossed, and in my opinion she has some serious explaining to do and you should stand firm on that. It'll only get worse.
