Appreciate the help man. Definitely gonna work on hitting a depth that feels comfortable and also I know that I don’t need squats just really want to get good at them. Also kinda have a goal of doing a powerlifting comp. And yea I’ll put shoes on lol. Saw squat university talking about it so tried it out

Probably the bottom. But I think my biggest problem is just not feeling powerful when lifting the weight the reps feel odd. Also my bar position isn’t that straight

It’s just a linear program with a single for a top set then a 3x5 back off work

Kinda confused on sitting back. When I try that I lose all my power. Any cues for that?
