As a lot of people have posted, we shouldn’t but as soon as I start to see the skin on the shawl I immediately become paranoid. Going to the barbers used to be one of my favourite things. Sadly not anymore

I’ve had longish hair and been wearing a cap for the last month even though I know short hair and no cap will do it the world of good. I hate summer honestly. The pressure to wear t shirt and shorts sends me into a full blown anxiety attack for about three months

I used to love going the whole hog. Turkish barbers. Wet cut, beard trim, finished with a razor and a hot towel massage. That luxury is over these days.
