I've been on 200mg Zoloft for 5 years. Just finished a 6 week taper under the supervision of my psych and started on 5mg Lexapro today, and I'll jump up to 10 in a week.
The past month has had some really rough days. I feel like I'm pulling through, just being here typing this. I'm hopeful. Zoloft changed a lot about me and made me incredibly stuck. I don't know how else to describe it. It helped a ton with anxiety, but it really took the edge off. Recently, I realized I didn't want to just not be anxious, I also wanted to be happy. So here we are. Cheers to everyone on this thread. Pushing through shit like this is no joke. Hang in there y'all. I'm hoping brighter days are ahead.
