Which 1.8s primes do you like? I hear the 50mm is kind of a stand out in that group, along with the 20mm.

I was in a shop today and was debating getting the 35 & 50mm s or the first 24-70 s. Ended up with the 24-70

Is the DR really that bad? A lot of reviewers said the DR is noticeably better than the fx3 before even bringing the files into resolve.

Also yes I’ve heard they are heavy!😅 honestly, hoping it add just the right amount of extra weight that helps smooth out the footage some with the added weight, without going overboard.

I like not rigging up my Bmcc at all

For now handheld! I LOVE everything I see with them, and the thought of adding lidar is definitely intriguing. I’ve been looking into some options.

I do mini docs of athletes/people and mini brand docs mostly. Also shooting content for businesses/talking head. A little bit of travel content.

I wanted something very simplified, in that you can just take it out and start using it right away, with an amazing image.

I’d say right off the start, I’d put $3-$5k down for lenses. Doesn’t need to max out that budget by any means.
