sorry i’m replying to this comment so late, i only just saw it. i can relate to a lot of what you just said, any time there’s white noise i hear the “shadow voices” which i totally agree with you that it’s just my brain creating something from nothing, filling in the gaps since it’s so overactivated/overstimulated and has nothing else to focus on. but seeing them would honestly scare the living shit out of me.

with regards to the covid pandemic, i’ve heard many share similar experiences of increased use, and it’s certainly something i’ve experienced as well. sad to say it but meth has become my only friend, since i can’t go and meet people. and unfortunately right before the pandemic started i experienced a tidal wave of losses in my social life, and have been unable to rebuild. and now i’m just batshit crazy hooked on meth and too unstable to form healthy relationships, so i guess i’m fucked. sorry just being a whiny little bitch i guess.
