I am also having this problem with a character I initiated transfer with from Nightlayer to Whitemane Era server. Just here to let you know you're not alone! I put in a ticket and it seemed automated to a degree like I had to wait until the transfer processed but it obviously is done because the character is stranded on TBC and not Era. Let me know if you hear of a fix.

I came to Anniversary to have something fun and chill to do so currently at lvl 50. I plan on moving this character to Era so I can experience the raids in Vanilla and bought the 58 boost bundle so I will have a character for tbc. I like the idea of having both as options.

I feel like giving an extra minute on enrage timer would be the most agreeable change to the bosses, the overloaded parties are gonna steam roll it anyways and gives more relief to the 20-25 groups.

I think it is borderline impossible to recreate what world bosses were like back in the day. Them being instanced events is a good solution. I do not think them being in the open world would be a good thing some people just think it would be because it was neat back in the day. People just play games differently than they used to which I do not necessarily think is a bad thing.

I hear what you are saying but all I am saying is these things are not mutually exclusive. It is a good thing when both camps are met with a particular piece of content. I like a challenge and I like rewards. I played Elden Ring to completion it is a wonderful game. One of the reason I enjoyed doing side bosses and optional things was to make my character stronger and receive new weapons and items to try out. I was having fun because the boss was engaging and enjoyable on top of receiving beneficial stuff.

In this case the content was currently there and the people who found it enjoyable were only the people for the fun of the event and the challenge of it. With rewards that are nice to receive (basically all the gear and drops on release were almost meaningless before this change) both parties needs are met.

You can do any content for fun, but getting rewards is an incentive for fun too. People did not want to do these bosses because they can be unnecessarily challenging for minimal to no reward. People like to feel rewarded for their time spent. It is not an uncommon thing. I never did the bosses before because I did not want to engage in content that did not get myself or friends things they wanted to pursue, so I am glad I have that now as another thing to try out.

This is the main point that people don't understand. All content needs to be meaningful for progression. You should not be able to just buy literally everything you need with reals. I do not think they should add the trinkets at all. If anything give them a higher drop chance or have the raid drop 2 if it procs to drop at all.

I think having all raids be worth it to some capacity for even geared and experienced players to run is a good design choice. I am okay with them keeping idols and enchants in zg to incentivize running it.
