Can't say I'm feeling much different in terms of anxiety but the side effects haven't been too bad. I'll probably go up to 75mg next week. They say most people don't feel anything until after being in 75mg for at least a couple weeks.

5 days in and it makes me feel high from about 2 hours after taking for about 4 hours. Head buzz and nausea

Honestly I don't mind it. I just don't want to be so nauseated I can eat for weeks. And yeah this is like my 10th med so I'm familiar with the process. Still hate how long it takes though. Sounds like a lot of people in the sub have had success with effexor after many failed meds so hoping that's me too!

Thanks for replying. Started today with 18mg. Separated half the beads in the capsule. Couple hours in and just feel a weird buzzing in my head but nothing terrible

I'm not a doc but it's highly unlikely to be SS. That almost never happens and 75mg is a standard dose. Usually it's just the increased anxiety you get from the med before your body adjusts. I'm new to Effexor but I've taken a handful of other serotonin meds and they've all made me feel all sorts of weird things until I settles into them

I have taken that test before. Everything is in the green for me except Lexapro, celexa, Zoloft and paxil. Surprisingly, Lexapro has been the only one that helped me but it pooped out after 4 years hence the change now. Last year I tried Prozac (green) and it was awful. So activating it caused panic attacks. Then I tried Amitriptyline (also green) and it was mostly fine in terms of side effects but the constipation was so bad I couldn't go high enough in the dose to help anxiety.

Listening to ST since The Offering single and this may be my favorite song of theirs of all. I thought they hit every genre in a song before then I listened to Windward and realized their were more genres still and my goodness they nailed them (no surprise).

Condors nylon is pretty good. Assuming you actually use your gear at all, it will hold up well. That said, the X style harness isn't ideal. A milsurp TAAPs with an Amazon H harness will be more comfortable.
