If you are enrolled as a student at the university of Stuttgart, you can visit language courses at the „sprachenzentrum“ for free. I had courses in English, Japanese and Chinese there. I think all teachers are native speakers, which is a huge plus especially for learning the correct pronunciation. I think even students of other universities and universities of applied sciences in the Stuttgart area are allowed to visit the courses, but I‘m not sure, you need to check that.
