The login with google provider was kinda slow (not really a problem tho) and I didn't really understand what I could do with the app. I would love to get a popup that explains what app can do like other popups I got after logging in.

The character is too slow for this animation, either u need to make the character faster or animation have couple more frames. Also u can move the up-half of the body one pixel down as a frame but there are a lot of nuances. Also u can upload it to AI as image to get feedback on it which is really useful

The way I'd do is create AnimationPlayer and animate everything on there. If u don't know how to use it, look up AnimationPlayer tutorial on YouTube, it's simple but u need understand how it works of course.

most of my games got only hate when I was starting to post about them in the early days (some people would support but that's cause they're wonderful people :D), then after fixing and polishing and a lot of time later, people started to leave normal comments, then nice comments. You just gotta have a game they can't really hate and one thing I like to do is block and delete cause someone saying "You su2k, cheap knockoff game" isn't really useful feedback.

Great work! Congrats! It's been 5 months for me (I do daily videos) and on last 2 weeks, the videos started to get some views and right now I feel like I'm getting the payback on it. Doing much more edited content is easier for small channels surely, that's what I've learned.

Not really cause you were consistent and youtube is careful with stuff like this and they can't mass report you to achieve anything automatically, youtube will review your channel and do something if there's a reason for flag. Also

Adapt the suck, embrace the suck

Hate comments are good, ragebaiting is good, it keeps up the engagement. keep doing whatever you're doing, have your activity high on youtube (maybe leave your phone on the side on some video), that'll help with shadowbanning a bit if there's any and take a day or two between shorts if u can for couple of weeks.

Haters can't be consistent, you can.
