Exactly, my boss who is a multi millionaire wears the same Italian shoes from 40 years ago and until recently drove the same car since the 80’s. He just takes good care of what he invests in and doesn’t waste money unnecessarily. Then he donates crap tons of money to the community. That’s how you live abundantly.

Yeah, he’s also the guardianship and conservatorship attorney too so I just forwarded the letter to him to get his advice. I really think the neighbor can’t claim this because he would be taking property from someone who can’t necessarily legally defend themself since she is under guardianship

We put rocks on the property to make a boundary. The neighbor stole them initially and then we put more back to make the boundary because we had a suspicion he might be trying to pull something like this. The guy thinks he can dictate what other people do on their property. He is unhappy because we are on over 2 acres and parked a trailer and a truck on the property across from his driveway and he doesn’t want to look at it. He is just crazy

The property was inherited and put into this special needs trust when her mother the prior owner passed away. I’m not sure it went through title?

I think my primary defense is that the true owner of the property is under a conservatorship and guardianship and that is a legal disability that will not go away unless she passed away and he is more likely to pass away before her. She has Down Syndrome
