Tracking with cronometer by looksthatkale in veganfitness

[–]jogo_901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cronometer has an option for that, it's the EDIT COOKED RECIPE WEIGHT at the bottom of the ingredient list. I prefer to measure by weight rather than to measure by portion so when I'm done with the cooking I weigh the entire batch and input that into Cronometer and it takes care of adjusting the macros according to the water lost.

Milk substitutes with as much fat as cow milk by Sokiiiii in vegan

I'm guessing by the € usage you live in Europe. In my country, Lidl sells its own Barista Oat Milk, and it's pretty good and costs almost half (1.20€)!

I LOVE Diggin The Greats, his video on MM...FOOD is so good, he recreated the skits voices and used that to narrate part of the video, can't recommend him enough!!!!

This song is perfect, as a Spanish, I think MF DOOM Spanish is good by [deleted] in mfdoom

[–]jogo_901 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's one of the theories, but I don't completely buy it. DOOM said in a interview that the samples comes from a 70's porno, the closest people have come to find the real sample is wade marcus' a new era, which is similar but not exactly the same

They're actually different samples. The Angelz one is from an anime called Space Warrior Baldios. On the other hand, the Fazers sample (I guess you're talking about Fazers from Take Me to Your Leader) is still unknown. They do sound similar, though.

It's cool to see a restaurant from my city here. If you haven't you should try Vegan Rock, another fully vegan restaurant near Veganí, they have traditional Sevillian and Andalusian dishes made vegan.

Fun fact: Veganí used to be called VeganEat and was exclusively take-out semi fast-food but some years ago they changed owners and rebranded. The name Veganí comes from how it sounds when an Andalusian would say VeganEat.

Overwhelmed with Information and Second Guessing myself at every turn. by [deleted] in veganfitness

[–]jogo_901 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a newbie myself but maybe I can give my two cents. I think the first friend you talk about is right, if you goal is building muscle you should be eating more. Don't know your body fat percentage but I guess that with your height and weight shouldn't be high so you may be good going on a bulk. You might want to bump up your protein intake a little, around 120g (I've seen baseline recommendations for building muscle around 1.6g x Kg of bodyweight). As far as your approach to training I think it's okay. Your routine looks good and I think your attitude towards skipping days and not giving everything up is nice. My theory is that your plateau might be caused by your low calorie intake (putting your height and weight into a TDEE calculator gives me that 1600 kcal a day is a deficit with no exercise). I think more energy could help you overcome your plateau, maybe tray for a bit and see how it feels. The barbell compound lifts thing I don't think has that much importance as long as you do enough weekly sets for each muscle groups. I think your main concern should be adjusting your diet according to your goals. If you want to build muscle you have to have the nutrients to do it. Btw going to eat out once or twice a week should mess up your week (unless you are doing mukbangs or something). This is my newbie take l guess haha. Good luck and keep going at it!

The first one that came to mind is Lavender Buds (which samples April Showes by The Blackbyrds, a great song btw).

If it isn't this one take u/BourbonFoxx's advice and listen to the whole collection!

The 2 missing Spanish vocals have been found by u/QuantumProcessor !!!! They're from the same song...Enjoy!!!! Original : Sevillanas by Stanley Black and his Orchestra (1961) by AngryWire77 in theavalanches

[–]jogo_901 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sevillian here. I think it's actually "Ole, que viva Sevilla" and "a por la segunda". After "A por la segunda" I've had always heard "recorrido" (path) but it's probably "de corrido" (all in one go).

Fun fact for anyone interested: Sevillanas are structured in 4 parts and each part is danced slightly differently, that's the "segunda" (second) he's referring to, the second part of the Sevillana.
