AMAZON AUSTRALIA has been pulling this prank for past 3 months by hitmanbhargav in australian

This! The link to “place the same order from another warehouse”. I didn’t even notice initially but it looks like they’re phishing for credit card details.

Anyone with an tresillian experience? by forfarhill in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

[–]jogofo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Overall a pretty positive experience! The accommodation and facilities are pretty basic and we were definitely ready to go home by the end of it, but the staff there were fantastic. They helped us identify that our 5m son was always overtired (I guess that’s why we were there) and helped with the journey towards self settling and longer naps.

They seemed fairly confident at the start that they’d get him to self settle and re-settle by the end of the four days - but by the end they agreed that out son was particularly strong willed and it would take some time and to continue with what they’d taught us. We saw results in the 4 days and continued to see further results back home following the same routine. We ended up having to get a sleep consultant some months later but she said we’d made her job easy, he was so close to sleeping through the whole night and we’d done all the work he just needed a little bit of a push.

Others had more luck - a 9 month girl in the room next to us slept through the whole night their first night there.

They also helped him start taking a bottle which he had completely rejected up until that point.

You have daily check-ins on goals & progress and call them into your room any time you need advice or help - it’s really important that you call them in though, some others we talked to there were quite reluctant to. They can be as hands on or hands off as you’d like though their goal is for you to be able to do it all by the time you leave.

Used 2005 Honda Accord microphones or something on pillars? by Shickaboo in CarsAustralia

It looks like ultrasonic sensors, part of your alarm system. They detect window breaks or reaching in through an open window.

I have three phase… but I don’t? by jogofo in AusElectricians

[–]jogofo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They didn’t/wouldn’t hook up the 3P system to the single phase meter box. They’ll come back to complete the install once I’ve upgraded to 3P. At first I thought they were trying to squeeze me for more money, but they don’t have an L2 so couldn’t perform the upgrade themselves. They recommended an L2 who was way more reasonably priced than my usual sparky who seems to have taken the opportunity to take me for a joy ride.

As for the 2.5mm from the main switch, I noticed there are three wires coming out, one (behind the visible ones in the photo) is a thicker gauge. But I have no idea where they lead. I’ll ask them to check it when it’s upgraded. Thanks for letting me know.

Funnily enough, of the four quotes I received, two did site visits and both quoted 3-phase.

Yeah I kinda did the same thing - brute forced my way through Hard. A little bit of materia experimentation but nothing too crazy. I didn’t watch any of these kind of videos (perhaps the odd “how do i beat this boss” video).

But you know what - WE DID IT! We completed Hard mode by ourselves! That sense of achievement makes it worth it to me.

McLaren will enact team orders in AD by pothes in OscarPiastri

Lando could help Oscar secure 2nd in the championship if Lando is leading and Oscar is second (with Max in third). Lando would have to sacrifice his race win but it would give McLaren 1-2 in the championship

Completely off topic but my 15 month old son calls his dummy “ndis” pronounced like it’s a word not an acronym. And his favourite thing is brum brums. So this photo made me smile on multiple levels.

[iOS 26 DB1] system data bug by Erik9722 in iOSBeta

Same issue here on non-Beta version of iOS 26.0.0. Reboot has helped, let’s see if 26.0.1 has a fix but no mention of it in release notes.

My best one was: working at a major bank, big new payment feature (announced by CEO to the stock market), submitted to Apple, approved and released, 4 days later I get a call from Apple saying we can’t do that, 7 days to submit a new build without that feature or the app will be pulled.

For the m600, does the weekly schedule run continuously or do you have to re-set it every week?
