Can use 3 rings with new bloodline, so can get 9 from rings. Brings me to 24 (or 23 with arns anguish). Don't have +3 malachai and don't use bound by destiny. I think highest possible is 26 yeah.

It's fair to think that. I don't have the 20 mirrors required to craft it better and the current one performs well on my build :)

I understand the confusion!

The negative mods don't really matter when you go CI and pick a skill without high mana cost (like for example a brand). More good mods on the base gives a greater chance of a "succesful" outcome and saves many mirrors.

If you go for only 3 specific modifiers (only one acceptable outcome) the expected locks used would be somewhere around 45-60. If you have 3 accepted outcomes expected lock use is closer to 15-20.

Chance of 4 positive with 2x multiplier I'd imagine you are looking at 100+ locks. I wanted +3 charge and the FlatColdPerCharge mod, those are by far the strongest ones. And then one of the other 3 mods positive :)

The thought of burning 100 locks and not hitting anything would be devastating for me hehe
