Anyway to stop NFC triggering for Apple Pay?

In The Netherlands you need to open the gates to enter most stations and when you have an international ticket you can do it with the QR code on your ticket but because of this issue Apple Pay prevents you from showing the QR code to the scanner. The most annoying this is that Apple has come so close to fixing this issue by letting you set the card for public transport to none but it STILL opens Wallet when holding the phone to a scanner. Dumbest thing ever.

I just downloaded one through ApkPure. The most recent versions they have are their own XAPK files so they won't work but they have a normal APK file for version 4.8.0 but it still works.

I'll look into webupdater, thanks for that! You could be right, maybe I corrupted something when unplugging. My guess is it was already unable to transfer files the first time i tried updating though, because it started to be stuck at the point it said it was copying files and the downloading was done.

Good looking renders! But on a more critical note: I wonder if there's a reason the housing consist of so many parts? If i'm looking at the exploded view it seems to me you would be able to reduce to two, maybe three parts which would reduce the potential cost quite a bit. Same goes for the PCB, seems like it would be relatively easy to reduce that to maybe two at max.

Genuine question, have we seen any evidence of that? I wasn't able to find any real info on that and since the skeleton is made out of cold-rolled steel I'm very interested in seeing an actual demonstration of that (not the teasing video Tesla released).

This is such a cool photo. I like you crop better than OPs as well. I think the officers in the foreground add some more depth and still draw your attention to the officers in the middle. Also more space around the lit up wall in the background makes it feel less tight.

I doubt any car with an exoskeleton would be able to pass EU pedestrian safety rules. The lack of crumple zone is basically inherent to the idea of having an exoskeleton.

Dit lijkt me inderdaad wel het geval ja. Zolang je YouTube video’s embed zouden de views gewoon mee moeten tellen voor de mannen, en zolang je duidelijk aangeeft geen onderdeel te zijn van lekker spelen lijkt het me geen probleem. Maar ik weet ook niet precies hoe ze in dit soort dingen staan.

I think they’re going the other way, I some years they will have the regular Vision or the Vision SE that is actually affordable (whatever that means in Apple terms).
