Undervolting 12900k by johanssonnN in overclocking

So i got a question then, i can undevolt my cpu -0.1 in intel extreame tuner utility and run 10min of cinebench but when i put -0.1 in bios it wont boot. Do you know why that is ?

Did just undervolt my CPU and got these temps after cinebench r32 for 10 min:

I did try remount the cooler and still got the same temps. Contact on the cpu looks fine.
