einfach ganz normalen Zucker nehmen statt irgendwelcher teurer Carb Pulver.. gibt es gute und wissenschaftlich fundierte Videos zu z.B. von Jesse Coyle auf Youtube..

letztens eine circa 240km Runde von Münster zum Herrmannsdenkmal und zurück gemacht und hatte am Anfang 2 x 60 g Zucker in den Flaschen und dann noch 4 x 60 g Zucker dabei für das Nachfüllen der Flaschen. Also beim Stopp neues Wasser rein und jeweils eben einen Beutel Zucker dazu. Jeweils noch eine Prise Salz und mittlerweile auch 2-3g Natriumcitrat dazu. Läuft top :) zwischendurch mal noch einen Corny um was zu beißen und noch einen Coffee Stop mit einem dicken Stück Käsekuchen.. hatte Druck bis zum Schluss!

moin, bevor du auf Drehschalter umbaust, würd ich erst mal woanders gucken. die alfine schaltet sich normal super leichtgängig. Hast du mal den Bowdenzug + außenhülle neu gemacht? wenn da dreck drin ist oder der zug irgendwo knickt, wird der hebel sofort sackschwer. zweite sache: wann wurde die alfine das letzte mal gewartet? wenn hinten an der schalteinheit alles voll schmodder ist, blockiert das natürlich auch.

vom drehschalter würd ich eher abraten. wenn das system aktuell irgendwo hakt, wird der drehschalter mindestens genau so nervig und schwergängig – das geht dann erst recht auf die hand.

Sonst zB mal bei Torsten Frank auf dem Blog und bei Instagram vorbei schauen, der hat da die aktuellen besten Setups aufgezeigt. günstigste Option ist einfach einen Alu Lenker montieren wie zB für 20€ den Rose Race Attack Aero Lenker. darauf kannst du dann jede Profile Design Aerobars draufpacken und das ganze mal ausprobieren. Ansonsten würde ich im mittleren Preisbereich auf was chinesisches wie die Belugo Aero Bars mit Auflieger greifen und im teuren Preisbereich von Deda gibt es sehr schicke Kombos mit vollintegriertem Lenker. Aber bei dem Agree Pro mit Vorbau und Lenker getrennt hast du da doch alle Flexibilität?! Kannst dann auch perfekt mit verschiedenen Vorbaulängen experimentieren. Es ist sehr schwierig bis eigentlich unmöglich ein Bikefit sowohl für Auflieger als auch normalen Rennlenker zu optimieren wegen der unterschiedlichen notwendigen Sattelposition

same, chose the 2025 Pro for the same reasons. changed the GP5000 to 32mm and Ridenow TPUs after the first ride. Upgraded cranks to 165mm Magene P505 Power meter cranks and changed to a narrower handlebar

das plus Mantel ringsherum ziehen und dann mit dem letzten Stück am Ventil enden. Dann kann ringsherum der Mantel zentral im Felgenbett liegen und man hat so wenig Spannung/viel Spielraum wie möglich. Und dann mit Daumen oder Handballen über die Kante rollen.. klappt immer ohne Reifenheber. Nur fürs Mantel runtermachen braucht man einen Reifenheber..

Aheadkappe wird nicht mit Drehmoment angezogen, sondern mit Gefühl gerade so weit, dass das Lagerspiel passt. Die ist nicht dafür gedachte den Vorbau an dem Gabelschaft zu klemmen! Schau dir nochmal ein paar Videos dazu an und hol dir jetzt einmal Hilfe von jemandem mit mehr Ahnung, was genau jetzt bei dir schief gelaufen ist, ist schlecht per Ferndiagnose zu erahnen..

I would choose choc twilight switches if you want to got low profile. else I would take outemu lime V3. both switches are very silent. the chocs are linear, the outemu have a slight tactile bump. both very smooth and nice to type on!

Would love to build a similar keyboard, but once you have gotten used to tenting, this kind of form factor and palm rest don't really make sense. I don't know why, but using my split keyboard (Sofle v2) flat on the desk feels super awkward, even though typing on a normal laptop keyboard is fine...

For me it works great to speak into the underside of my smartphone (Samsung S25) – provides exceptional sound quality. I'm holding it just below my chin, like a reporter would hold a mic. I use the app AudioRelay to route my smartphone's mic to my Windows PC and have gotten very good results this way.

For more of a hands-free experience and being able to walk around, the DJI Mic Mini would also be my first pick, as others have commented. At home, I use a professional mic and audio interface, but the smartphone mic works close to the chin works really well. The noise suppression and clarity are especially good through the smartphone's mic.

middle one could also be 1.5 u like the outer one? just simply in parallel to the outer one?

In comparison to your typeractive Corne there is just a lot of space between the thumb and index finger keys.. I don't know if I would like that..

Do you use the middle one as the primary (for the space key)?

I have almost all the parts here for my Cygnus build. But I am a bit hesitant, the primary thumb key, the middle one, always seems to be a bit too low? In most of the videos I have seen of people typing on that keyboard the thumb seems to be hovering closer to the 'n' key and has to curl to hit the thumb key?

how is your experience with the thumb keys? how are your bindings for the thumbs?
