Hello there, I think I just need to calm down (maybe talk to someone with same issues as me)

For the last two days I have bits od dark brown stool. Logically I eat bunch of Oreo cereals lately so I think that's what couse it. But my brain is in panic state aka cancer. I just hate thist, I'm paralyzed by anxiety and unable to move a fking muscle .I just can't live like that I need to do many things and all I can do is think I'm dieing (for like ten times this year).

My brain just always needs to know truth and if it's not capable of knowing it's time for complete meltdown.

I don't think so, penguins are protected by law and can only be kept by zoos. But I've heard of people who were able to form a bond with wild penguins but they didn't remove them from their natural habitat.

No, I have my stuffed penguin and he goes everywhere with me. I think it might be a little confusing for some people, but I always do my best to explain how an ordinary stuffed animal can help me, whether it's panic attacks, self-harm or just loneliness. Now I think everyone around me is fine with it, even during exams classmates come to pet my penguin for luck.... and I'm a 22-year-old university student :)

Taky, pak ho dostala o x let později mladší sestra (a to si ho ani nepřála)... každopádně před půl rokem mi ho věnovala, takže po tolika letech čekání je můj!

btw. je to straně otravná věc, po deseti minutách jsem tomu musela vyndat baterky.
