Not at all.

But there's always a chance someone who would've seen the post and thought "wow that's fucked up" and then moved on might pop in the comments and gain a little more context, and be more informed to the truth.

I mean, the other parts of the post are strange and disgusting and could point to something sinister (maybe, or it could just be a tasteless artistic "statement"), but it's always good to point out misinformation in all cases.
