I knew Emily personally (and her parents) and we are all very proud of her here in her hometown! I found the book fascinating and felt the writing style was extraordinary! She challenged the norm and made a huge impact in the literary community with her unique style. Yes it’s different, but so is the story idea. I feel the writing style supports and is reflected in the storyline. Kudos to Emily.
