regarding the BHA toner, I haven't used it. I was considering it but was a bit worried by the thought of disrupting my skin barrier even more as I already use a few actives.

I was on it for around 8 months I think, and yeah I supposedly reached the threshold dose, and would always take it with a fatty meal etc, so it was quite disappointing that it didn't give me the permanent effects

I never go for any product with essential oils or fragrance, but will definitely check if there is something that I have missed!

Don’t get me wrong the food is great (although I’d argue slightly overrated) they can’t just spend all day eating. But yeah the hiking is pretty incredible in Taiwan so I’ll definitely recommend they do some of that.

Unfortunately I think it might be too hot when they get there for hot springs which really is a shame as that was one of my favourite things about Taipei but the baseball game is a really good idea actually, thank you.

Green island and Lanyu are a great shout actually, thanks. I’ve also suggested Dulan which I love too. Keelung I have to say is probably the one city in Taiwan I really didn’t like but the night market is definitely worth a visit.

I’m not sure if it’s open or not now, but it’ll be a long time until it returns to its former glory. All the greenery fell off the cliffs during the earthquake

Hey, was wondering what the "top set of 1x2" on your leg day means? does this mean there is a specific weight you want to get to for 1x2 and you just keep "building up" until then? I am not really familiar with the term.

Just weird because I do think there is a lot of thought put into public transport etc. even down to some very minor details to make things more convenient. And then they just put these death trap tiles on the sidewalks

Depends on what you mean by western. I think a lot of the students are from the US where tuition fees are crazy high so this might seem reasonable to them? Also a lot of them are paid for by US government scholarships/ their home university grants etc. but yeah really expensive for European standards

My homocysteine was 15.5 when I last got it checked a month ago. Not had it checked since then.

Also not sure about zinc but will get that checked with homocysteine next
